Did the Fed Know of Lehman's Accounting Practices?

The examiner's report raises questions.  Here is the full report by Anton Valukas.  As reported by Naked Capitalsim, in an excellent analysis of the document here, there are several troublesome paragraphs, just one of which is this:  "...the Examiner questioned Lehman executives and other witnesses about Lehman’s financial health and reporting, (and) a recurrent theme in their responses was that Lehman gave full and complete financial information to Government agencies, and that the Government never raised significant objections or directed that Lehman take any corrective action."
